Sample Sale for those that can get here

When I put a kit together I need to make a sample so customers can see what it looks like finished. When the yarn is no longer available then I have the sample left. This sale is to show and sell a large collection of samples that include sweaters, cowls, hats, scarves, shawls etc.. Normally they sell for the cost of the yarn and the knitter's fee which makes them affordable but for this sale because I am downsizing I will reduce them even further. If you are unable to come on the Saturday I will leave them set up on view for Sunday but you should call to make an appointment. 905 662 0986.They make great gifts for that someone special or a special gift for you. You can also check out the yarn that is on sale while you are here.

For those who can't get here and rely on the web site.
As you probably know I have a very large web site. There has been a lot of sale activity this Fall and the web site has not been kept up to date. I started last week going through each page, checking the actual inventory and make a decision on the clearance price. So far I have finished the custom blended yarns, and I am close to finishing the the many accessory pages, which includes needles, crochet hook, ball winders, swifts and all sort of notions. I am up to the A's and have a long way to go to get to Z but most of the notion and accessory pages had tons of details that require counting inventory and changing the prices on each item so I hope it will go faster once I finish the accessories.

If you know anyone who is planning on or has just opened a yarn store please let them know that I have a lot of store display and show display units for sale at much less then cost. Or you can let me know and I will contact them.
I  also will no longer have a store setup in the new house (much smaller) so all the store and show display units will be for sale. You can check them out at  As I find things stored away and take pictures I will add them the display pages.

When I closed the store in Paris, Ontario I had about $5,000. in patterns. Not having a walk in business meant that I still have most of them. I will have lots of patterns for sale at $1.00 for single patterns and $2.50 for booklets with more then 1 pattern. I also have a number of Rowan pattern books for sale at 1/2 price or even less. If you have a store or want a bunch of pattern to be able to sell cheaply I can put together a box that would include baby, children, women, men in winter and summer patterns for less then one dollar each. 100 patterns for $25.00 If interested in the boxes you may want to pick the boxes up as shipping would be expensive, 100 patterns would be heavy.
