Hi,  I hope the cooler nights have your knitting juices flowing. Mine are going nuts I want to  make a multi-coloured mohair cardigan from all the odds and ends of mohair I have left over from other projects, I can see it in my mind, but other things like the show in less then 2 weeks in Woodstock is on the top of the to-do-list. I hope you can get there and stop by to say hi and check out all the new kits. Oct 16th Fleece Festival

I bought 2 new yarns for the Spring Show. My helper fell in love with one of them and sold all the kits out in her enthusiasm and ignored Ohio which is a cotton, linen silk ribbon yarn with tiny little tails of yarn about every inch. It comes in some great colours but for now until next Spring it will be sitting in drawers.  I would like to clear this yarn so I can make room for fall and winter yarns. Many of you receiving this newsnotes live in warmer climate so you don't have to wait for  Spring but for others this is such a good deal that you may just decide to buy now and put it away March or April when you start knitting for the spring and summer.
It was already reduced from $7.95 to 5.95 but to make room I am reducing it again to $3.95 or if you want a bag of 10 the price will be $30.00. If I don't want ten of any one colour you can mix the colours to a total of 10 balls. It is a light weight flirty yarn that is easy to knit and fun to wear. Click here to go to the page where the actual amounts on each colour are listed. If you are interested I can make up kits for the poncho or shawl or just ask for which pattern you want at no charge.

I have two  hand made wooden cone or skein trees for sale.  They are nicely made and great for storing and showing your cone yarn or even skeins. I just don't have the space for them so they have been in storage. Each one has 32 pegs and stands 6 feet tall. They are clean and I think they are made of Birch. They do not come apart and I have no way of shipping them. If you can pick them up or have a way for someone to pick them up they are $75.00 each.

Email or call me (905 662 0986) for more information should you need it.
